Your values are the things that are important to you in work and life. So it’s important to be able to name them. Knowing your values can help you articulate your aspirations, build your confidence and make better decisions.
Often my workshop participants and coaching clients describe this exercise as the most significant step in their process. So give yourself a couple of hours and get clear on what’s important.
