Executive Coaching

Coaching is essential to developing as a leader, realising your potential and creating better performing organisations.

Are you looking to step up in your organisation? Do you want to better engage your team and lift performance? Are you seeking to lead with greater influence and impact?

More importantly, are you willing to explore new possibilities and take action to achieve them?

I partner with senior managers and leaders who are looking to create a shift in how they show up at work and the kind of impact they have.

I do this through tailored, coaching programs designed to deliver the right outcome for organisation and individual.

I’m passionate about challenging people to lean into their strengths, and imagine things differently. My strengths-based approach enables people to gain insight, identify the person or leader they want to become, and navigate the path to potential more effectively. I ask the questions that help people develop the self-awareness, skills and confidence to take action and create change.

I’ve worked with a range of people from CMOs and CSOs, through to mid level managers and directors, as well as entrepreneurs.

Recent clients include The Gemba Group, BBC Worldwide, University of Melbourne and The Shannon Company.

I’m an alumni of Sydney Leadership (now Adaptive Leadership Australia), and an ICF accredited coach through the Institute of Executive Leadership and Coaching (IECL). You can read more about me and career here.
