Hello, I’m Kate.

Corporate runaway turned Executive and Career Coach

Feeling unsure about what’s next in your career or how to plot the path there?

The thing I often hear from clients is ‘I should have spoken to you sooner’.

But when you’re confused about where you’re headed or unclear about how to get there, it’s easy to stay stuck.

How do I know?

Because that was me.

After a successful 20 year marketing career working on some of the world’s biggest brands, I was ambitious for myself, but struggling with what I really wanted, and where I might go.

I didn’t know whether to keep climbing the corporate ladder or do something completely different. It felt like there was a lot at stake.

And so a year went past, suddenly it was two and before I knew it?

It was FIVE years.

At this point, I knew something had to change.

And so I created my own process to work through this dilemma — one that helped me find genuine clarity and confidence in what was next, make a successful move and navigate the change and uncertainty that came with it.

As a result, I went from no idea to my ideal career in less than a year.

I became an accredited Executive Coach, began working with some of the world’s best talent and most progressive companies, and started to build what is now a thriving career development practice.

Since then, I’ve used my Find Your Next ® framework to help hundreds of mid career professionals and executives from around the world make better decisions about what’s next.

I’ve worked with and been seen in

My Find Your Next® framework helps clients design their ideal career, find what’s next and make it happen.

Linear moves up. Radical turns out. Shifts into and out of the C-Suite. Small steps. Big leaps. Dream companies. First time professions. And of course, the launch of new business ventures.

I’ve supported clients in 12+ countries (from the U.K, U.S, Australia and New Zealand through to Europe and the Middle East) to make life altering decisions and intentional changes in their career.

I’ve partnered with people from all sorts of industries.

From media, technology, education, aerospace, government and the arts, through to renewable energy, financial services and cyber security.

I love working with people who are willing to ask questions and take action to find the answers:

+ Executive level clients all the way up to the C Suite level in Fortune 500s like GE, Dish Wireless, Verizon and Volkswagen

+ Talented and experienced people in companies of all shapes and sizes from major government entities to nimble start ups

So the question is, how can I help you?

I’ve helped people like

+ Chris decide to leave the corporate VC world to launch a consultancy for startups

+ Karen decide to stay in her industry leading executive career with a top university

+ Craig move on from a 30 year career in insurance to become a tram driver and artist

+ Lindene realise her ambition to move into the C-Suite

+ Catherine turn her fashion side project into a thriving online business (while working her 9-5)

+ Mandy renegotiate her executive role in health and start her own business

+ Penny resign her role in advertising and move miles away to work on a cattle station

+ Paul transition from CEO to interim executive and consultant

+ Angie secure her dream move from senior project manager to major event project director

+ Dave build out a successful portfolio career and start his own vodka company

+ James leverage his CFO experience to land his first Board role

+ Tamsin switch from head of advertising operations to change lead at a major bank

Curious about how I can help you take charge of what’s next?

A contemporary career is not linear and there’s no ladder.

You’re probably still planning and developing your career the old fashioned way.

Yet today’s 15 year old will likely have 17 different jobs across 5 different careers.

The typical job tenure is now just 3 years. Even CEOs average only 5.2 years.

In a 21st Century Career, you’re likely to have more jobs, multiple careers, spend less time in all of them AND work for longer.

So how do you design a satisfying, successful career when everything is changing all the time? How do you develop the skills to succeed when your future job may not yet exist and your current one is likely to evolve?

I’ll show you how to develop the skills and confidence to navigate these twists and turns and design a more satisfying career.

And not just for today or tomorrow.

These are the skills that will futureproof your career.
