Career Coaching
You’ve built a successful career – and you’re questioning what the next chapter should look like
For the moment when the path stops being obvious, and it’s time to take a step back and look at what’s shifting.
Maybe the partnership isn't the finish line.
Or maybe after years at the same senior tables, you’re asking yourself whether the next step is moving somewhere else or into something else.
Maybe you've built a business and you're working out what comes after that — whether that's selling, stepping back, or starting again.
Or perhaps it's not something you can quite put your finger on. It’s just a sense that the answers aren’t as clear as they once were.
Whatever it is, you know you need to get a clearer read on what comes next.
And you’re struggling to think it through (even with a few AI deep dives).
If any of this sounds familiar, a 25-minute call is a good place to start. Book one here.
Hello, I'm Kate
I’m a Career and Executive Coach, and here’s what I’ve noticed after seven years of working with senior leaders:
The more successful you become, the less obvious the questions can be.
Because at a certain point, it’s no longer just about the next role. It’s about understanding who you are now, and what success looks like for the years ahead.
Those sorts of questions take time to sit with. And as a smart person once said, “you can’t read the label from inside the jar.”
That’s why I love working with senior executives, founders and Partners — not just to help you find the next role, but to work out what you actually want next, and what shape the next chapter should take.
Clients arrive with very similar questions, and move in very different directions

If a conversation feels like a good place to start, schedule your 25 minute call.
And if I’m not the right fit, I can usually point you in the right direction.
Clients tell me that it's not just that I help them see
themselves and opportunities differently. It's the support
and accountability I bring so they can turn ideas into action.
“Kate - you've been such a big part of my decision and journey.”
When we first started working together my brain was a blender of new ideas and question marks. All potential and no plan. Your approach was so powerful in unearthing all my motivations and goals in a digestible and actionable way. You made what seemed impossible into a clear decision with conviction and purpose. Forever grateful!
- Chris W, Ex VP/VC at HearstLab, now consultant to startups (U.S)
“Kate came recommended to me from a friend.”
When I decided it was time to start a new chapter, I found it incredibly challenging. I felt very removed from the contacts and industries I had been in, I felt confused about what I wanted to do, what roles would be a good fit my experience and generally a little lost.
Kate worked with me over a couple of months to help me ask 'What are my core values, my strengths, what was my story?'
It brought me to a place where I could focus on a couple of industries that appealed to me, in roles that would value my skills and bring me the sense of purpose I was looking for.
In January I started my new career in non-profit and my new role as the Executive Director of Beauty Bus, an organization dedicated to providing personal care to seriously ill people. I would highly recommend Kate for anyone looking to change career or start a new path, she gives you the encouragement and support you need and is genuinely passionate about helping people find their purpose.
- Ruth, from Media entrepreneur to Executive Director of a Non-profit (U.S)
From Fortune 500s to small start ups
My clients have worked in a range of industries including media, technology, education, aerospace, the arts, renewable energy, financial services and cyber security.
And they've held influential roles in companies of all shapes and sizes - from Fortune 500s through to innovative start ups.
But the thing they all have in common?
They recognise that it's not always easy navigating this kind of path on your own.
And that's where I come in.
I bring the support, structure and accountability to get you moving in the right direction.
So how about we get you on your way?

“As you’d expect, Kate brought all the career coaching skills but in addition she brought two things I didn’t know I needed.
Her process included structure – it held me to account for making progress, and also forced me to consider discrete elements in sequence rather than tackle everything at once in a terrifying blancmanage of panic: considering values separate from strengths for example. But most importantly, my questioning, insecurities and fears were just normal to her.
- Paul, from CEO to interim executive and consultant (Aus)
When I started with Kate, All I really knew is what I didn't want to do.
By the time we finished, we landed on a plan built around tangible and actionable next steps that I couldn't have imagined when we started. Kate has the tools, structure and great chat, to reveal possibilities you didn't know were there.
- Tristan, Chief Strategy Officer

I've worked with Executive Coaches before and for me, Kate has been the best.
She's genuinely ambitious for her clients and gave me the structure and support i needed. In Kate, I found a great partner and someone I can trust. She listens, motivates, checks in regularly, and is generous with her networks. For me, working with Kate has been a really positive experience and one of the best investments I've made.
- Elisa, Director at major consulting firm
Public sector (Au)
Kate helped me to not only identify but also to articulate my core strengths
As someone who lacked awareness of the strengths that I bring to an organisation, Kate helped me to not only identify themes but also to articulate my core strengths that I can use in my "elevator pitch" when describing myself to prospective employers or recruiters. Being in career transition, Kate also helped me to narrow down the categories and roles I wanted to consider for my next role, providing tools, insights. questions and valuable advice on how to approach each of the areas I identified that would enable me to make the best decisions in my job search
